Application Scenarios: Furniture factories, whole-house customization board cutting, solid wood planing, board cutting, roughing full processes.
Dust Generation Characteristics: Continuous burst dust emission, mixed coarse and fine dust. High proportion of coarse shavings and long sawdust; wood chips are fluffy and easy to wind pipelines, which may block air ducts after accumulation. Wood dust is combustible, and accumulated dust in workshops brings combustion & explosion risks. Large particle debris will wear fans and inner pipe walls.
Sanding/Fine Polishing Section

Application Scenarios: Fixed-thickness board sanding, shaped grinding, primer/topcoat polishing and solid wood fine polishing lines.

Dust Generation Characteristics: Mainly 10–50 μm ultrafine airborne dust with long suspension time. Paint polishing dust contains sticky resin glue that clogs filter cartridges. It features large specific surface area and low minimum ignition energy, presenting the highest explosion hazard among all processes. The fine dust may trigger workers’ respiratory occupational illnesses, requiring stringent emission control.
CNC Carving / Edge Banding / Drilling & Assembly Section

Application Scenarios: CNC milling, board carving, automatic edge banding, multi-axis gang drilling and semi-finished assembly.

Dust Generation Characteristics: Mixed dust of wood chips and hot melt adhesive fines. Adhesive powder agglomerates and sticks to duct walls in low temperature. Dust generates at multiple scattered points; poor airflow balance leads to dust spillage. Glue-containing dust causes paint defects and lowers product yield. Dust buildup in enclosed spaces raises electrostatic ignition risks, and workshop cleanliness directly impacts product quality.
