    Characteristics

    • Adopting a cabinet-style structure, the unit meets explosion protection requirements for environments with flammable and explosive dust.
    • Designed with high negative pressure, it delivers outstanding collection performance for large-particle dust.
    • All models are equipped with a powerful pulse back-blowing cleaning system to ensure stable overall dust removal performance.
    • Standard anti-static membrane-coated filter cartridges, effectively capturing micro-nano dust particles as small as 0.3 μm.
    • The vertical installation design of filter cartridges reduces the equipment footprint and effectively prevents filter clogging caused by dust accumulation.
    • To fully guarantee operational safety, an explosion venting rupture disc is installed on the pipeline at the rear of the machine. In the event of an explosion, the disc ruptures rapidly to release pressure upward.
    • A fire extinguishing port is provided for quick connection to a fire extinguisher in emergencies.
    • A differential pressure alarm device is standard on all models for worry-free operation.
